No. The No Bounds Yoga Studio is beginner-friendly and welcoming to all levels. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced — you’re invited to start exactly where you are.

The No Bounds Yoga Studio is primarily on-demand, so you can practice anytime that works for you. New content is added weekly, and you can return to classes as often as you like.

That’s completely fine. Your membership begins the day you join and renews monthly on that same date. You can start anytime, and there’s no catching up required.

No special equipment is required. A yoga mat is helpful, and props like blocks or blankets can be supportive, but everything is optional. You’re encouraged to adapt practices to your body and space.

Both — and more. The studio supports stress relief, mobility, flexibility, and nervous system regulation. The focus is on how you feel, not how a pose looks.

Absolutely. Many members pair the Yoga Studio with the No Bounds Wellness Hub or other strength training. Yoga here is designed to complement movement, recovery, and daily life.

Nothing is broken. This isn’t a studio you fall behind in — it’s one you return to. You’re always welcome back, exactly as you are.
