Hi! I’m Karisha, Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, and Nutrition Coach, and the owner of No Bounds Fitness Yoga & Nutrition.

After struggling with my weight for years and being diagnosed with diabetes, I knew I had to make a change. Through consistent training and sustainable nutrition, I lost over 120 lbs in a year, and discovered my passion for health, fitness, and helping others do the same.

Now, I work with clients online around the world to create sustainable wellness habits through online personal training, yoga, and nutrition coaching that adapts to your lifestyle. Whether you need a custom workout plan, private online yoga sessions, or personalized nutrition strategies with meal plans and accountability, I make fitness and wellness flexible, accessible, and effective. My goal is to give you structure, accountability, and freedom, without being tied to a gym.
